We work on a flat PEPM payment model ranging from $5 - $20 PEPM depending on size and scope of services as well as plan complexity.

Stop-Loss
We work directly with EB Producers and Agency teams to secure and bind adequate Medical Stop-Loss and Reinsurance coverage for their group health plan clients. We walk through the types of coverage and terms, as well as exclusions of the policy to make sure the right coverage is placed.
Network
We review data with our EB Agency partners to design and implement a network strategy that makes sense for their entire book of business including the industries, geography, and demographics they serve. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to network design.
Pharmacy
Managing pharmacy benefits and spend is no longer a small task with roughly 40%+ of all health plan risk made up of pharmacy costs and utilization. Specialty Meds, GLP1 drugs, and life-saving infusions cost most health plans $5,000 - $20,000 per month, per member. We can usually offer the same drugs at a 30% - 40% discount.
